Creative Music Programme

Mr Dolph Oh has been teaching music and movement to children and adults with special needs for 6 years.    Creative Music Child Programme is a music approach for children with special needs to relate and create music through their inner self-musicality

to express their feeling, emotion and wellbeing with or without verbal communication. It is based on the belief that every child possesses a sensitivity to music that can be  utilized for personal growth and development. The concept has no limitation to the child with special musical gifts but concentrating on that entity in each child who responds to music which brings him/her a meaningful and engaging experience, remembering music, enjoying some form of musical expressions, communicating and sharing.

In this music programme, many different instruments will be used to stimulate and elicit the child responses through improvisation and music making. Tune musical instruments include keyboard, guitar, ukulele, xylophone, Irish whistle, Kazoo and all kinds of Un-tune percussion instruments are used during the lesson to provide a conducive musical environment for the child to feel the sense of love, acceptance and freedom through music making.
